 Poor customer service in the telecommunications department. Employee has no manners at all - extremely unfriendly and cheeky. Totally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio y los precios no son muy diferentes que las grandes tiendas e incluso Amazon, pero claro productos de línea alta pues no tienen variedad pero las marcas con las que trabajan son confiables e incluso con descuentos!!!
Very good service and the prices are not very different than the large stores and even Amazon, but of course high-line products because they do not have variety but the brands they work with are reliable and even with discounts !!!

Habe nun vor Wochen ein Angebot erbeten, es passierte nichts, nochmals nachgehakt, kam eine Mail mit Fragen, diese beantwortet , passiert ist nichts. Heute angerufen, wurde mir ein sofortiger Rückruf zugesagt, passiert ist wieder nichts.
Wenn man dort mein Geld nicht will werde ich wohl woanders einkaufen müssen
So, heute kam das Angebot, Herd ist bestellt
wenn nun der Liefertermin noch klappt, dann gibts den 5. Stern
I'm more than disappointed, I've bought a lot there, I've always been satisfied.
I asked for an offer weeks ago, nothing happened, checked again, got an email with questions, answered them, nothing happened. Called today, I was promised an immediate call back, nothing happened again.
If they don't want my money there, I'll probably have to shop elsewhere
So, today the offer came, stove is ordered
if the delivery date still works, then there is the 5th star
