Within a short time, the voltage display of the motorhome control center clearly showed that the voltage of the battery in the engine compartment was getting smaller and smaller. But luckily we were able to reach this workshop: "Electrical Car SRL Poggibonsi", which immediately took care of our motorhome.
Diagnosis: defective alternator.
It was late in the afternoon on a Friday.
Within a very short time, the required spare part was not only ordered but also the immediate delivery was ensured by the repair-shop.
The installation took place on the same evening ... on a Friday evening!
That is why we were able to continue our vacation trip on the same evening.
From our experience we can 100% recommend this motor-car Service.
From Diagnosis to obtaining fastly the replacement-part and finally fast resolution.
Since we were from Germany, it was also good that one of the young employees spoke English, which was very helpful when communicating.
