Entrato ho fatto la fila, ho aspettato il mio turno, e poi alla fine è arrivato il solito di turno che è stato fatto passare avanti a me dalla ragazza del negozio. Ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi è stato detto che il signore aveva un appuntamento. Ho chiesto allora anche io un appuntamento la risposta è stata che non era possibile. Ho alzato i tacchi e me ne sono andato schifato. Unkindness at the highest level! I entered the queue, waited for my turn, and then at the end the usual shift came and was put in front of me by the girl from the shop. I asked for an explanation and was told that the gentleman had an appointment. Then I also asked for an appointment and the answer was that it was not possible. I threw up my heels and walked away in disgust.
P	Paolo Anguilano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da incubo Prenoto un viaggio con volo a/r Napoli-Mykonos(1900€ per due persone). Arrivo all'aeroporto di Napoli alla porta d’imbarco e il tornello magicamente non si apre. Convinto di non aver inserito bene il biglietto riprovo più volte e dopo un po’ mi si avvicina il poliziotto e quando prende il mio biglietto mi fa notare, dopo aver sparato il codice a barre , che la partenza non era da Napoli ma da Bari. Premetto che il biglietto era della compagnia Volotea dove la partenza e l’arrivo sono scritte piccolissime in fondo al biglietto. Dando per scontato che la partenza fosse da Napoli dato che il preventivo e tutta la pratica in agenzia era stata fatta per Napoli non ho proprio controllato realmente la partenza da dove fosse( il preventivo scritto a penna da loro e tutte le informazioni fortunatamente l ho tenuto conservato, visto che mi iniziavano a venire dubbi sul fatto che io avessi capito male una cosa così importante ). Disperato, come ovvio, chiamo immediatamente l'agenzia (inizio a chiamare alle 8.00 e mi rispondono alle 10.00, e si i “signori”hanno degli orari molto comodi). Un'addetta mi dice che avrei dovuto controllare i biglietti quando li ho ritirati. In quel momento non mi soffermo su tale risposta, benché infastidito da ciò, perché mi interessava risolvere la cosa. Le chiedo quindi aiuto per trovarmi un altro volo da Napoli ma dopo dieci minuti mi richiama dicendomi che non potevano prenotarmi un altro volo perché non “potevano anticiparmi i soldi” e sarei dovuto passare di persona in agenzia , quindi da Napoli sarei dovuto tornare a Foggia. Dopodiché mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che dovevo provvedere da solo . Ormai "abbandonato", ho dovuto comprarmi un altro volo da solo (con pazienza ho preso il telefono e ho comprato un volo in poco più di 10 minuti per paura terminassero i posti per quel volo e a quel punto la vacanza sarebbe saltata completamente ), con partenza il giorno dopo rimettendoci, oltre al costo del volo di sola andata (189 euro per due persone )anche una giornata di vacanza. Quando sono arrivato in albergo anche lì sapevano che arrivavo con il volo da Napoli; ciò era annotato sulla scheda di ingresso, a conferma che loro erano davvero convinti, come me e la mia ragazza , che saremmo dovuti partire da Napoli. Sarò stato superficiale, ma onestamente non si era mai parlato di Bari e tra l'altro anche sul preventivo era scritto che la partenza era da Napoli. Dopo un esperienza del genere potrei mai mettere 5 stelle a quest’agenzia ? Penso siano molto più adatti a vendere frutta e non viaggi. Ps: Mykonos è spettacolare, ve la consiglio tantissimo(ovviamente non prenotando con loro onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese). Nightmare experience I book a trip with a flight to / from Naples-Mykonos (€ 1900 for two people). Arrival at Naples airport at the boarding gate and the turnstile magically does not open. Convinced not to have inserted the ticket well, I try again several times and after a while the policeman approaches me and when he takes my ticket he points out to me, after shooting the bar code, that the departure was not from Naples but from Bari. I state that the ticket was from the Volotea company where the departure and arrival are very small written at the bottom of the ticket. Taking for granted that the departure was from Naples since the budget and all the practice in the agency had been made for Naples I did not really really control the departure from where it was (the quote written in pen by them and all the information fortunately I kept it preserved, given that I was beginning to have doubts about the fact that I had misunderstood something so important). Desperate, of course, I call the agency immediately (I start calling at 8.00 and they answer me at 10.00, and yes the "gentlemen" have very comfortable schedules). A lady told me that I should check the tickets when I picked them up. At that moment I do not dwell on this answer, although bothered by it, because I was interested in solving it. I therefore ask her to help me find another flight from Naples, but after ten minutes she calls me back saying that they could not book me another flight because they could not "advance my money" and I would have to go to the agency in person, so from Naples I would have to return to Foggia . After that, they dismissed me and told me I had to provide for myself. By now "abandoned", I had to buy myself another flight by myself (with patience I picked up the phone and bought a flight in just over 10 minutes for fear of ending the seats for that flight and at that point the vacation would have been completely missed), with departure the day after returning, in addition to the cost of the one-way flight (189 euros for two people) also a day of vacation. When I arrived at the hotel even there they knew I was flying from Naples; this was noted on the entry form, confirming that they were really convinced, like myself and my girlfriend, that we should leave Naples. I will have been superficial, but honestly no one had ever talked about Bari and among other things even on the estimate it was written that the departure was from Naples. After such an experience could I ever put 5 stars in this agency? I think they are much better suited to selling fruit and not traveling. Ps: Mykonos is spectacular, I recommend it very much (obviously not booking with them to avoid unpleasant surprises).
