★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un miscelatore marca shock, mi sono fatto infinocchiare dal loro commesso che me lo ha spacciato per un prodotto di qualità superiore alla Franke. Dopo poco più di due anni (ovviamente fuori garanzia) mi si rompe e io l'avevo utilizzato un anno e mezzo circa. All'inizio mi vengono incontro fornendomi la cartuccia che purtroppo non risolve la perdita. Constatiamo che il problema è risolvibile tramite una banalissima sostituzione di una guarnizione di pochi centesimi che in commercio risulta introvabile. Invece di fornirmi di kit di guarnizioni di ricambio, risolvendo finalmente il tutto dopo diverse settimane di disagio, prendono tempo non sapendo che pesci prendere. Nel frattempo anche la casa madre da me contattata, a scarica barile, mi dice che devo contattare il distributore di zona. Tutto sto casino per 5 centesimi di euro.
Mai più acquisterò da loro e mai più manderò i miei clienti.Una stella è pure troppa

Purchased a shock brand mixer, I got fooled by their salesman who passed it off as a superior quality product to Franke. After just over two years (obviously out of warranty) it breaks and I had used it for about a year and a half. At first they come to meet me by providing me with the cartridge which unfortunately does not solve the leak. We note that the problem can be solved by simply replacing a gasket of a few cents which is nowhere to be found on the market. Instead of supplying me with spare gasket kits, finally fixing everything after several weeks of discomfort, they take time not knowing which fish to take. In the meantime, the parent company I contacted also tells me that I have to contact the local distributor. All I'm casino for 5 euro cents.
Never again will I buy from them and never again will I send my customers. One star is too much
