Io stavo cercando una nuova palestra, siccome la sede di padova era chiusa, siamo andati a quella di mestrino (siamo perché con me c'era un mio amico che ha già l'abbonamento) non mi hanno voluto far'entrare per alcun motivo valido, nemmeno per mostrarmi l'attrezzatura. Ottima scelta di marketing perché io non mi iscriverò e il mio amico ha deciso di non rinnovare più! I personal trainer cambiano ogni settimana e ogni volta si presentano delle facce nuove (e per fortuna che si presentano!) Chiedi informazioni in segreteria e il più delle volte non ti sanno rispondere o sono risposte poco esaustiente, hanno il servizio di sauna e centro benessere chiuso per covid quando da tutte le altre parti sono aperti e funzionano. Non aggiornano il sito e cambiano gli orari o le chiusure senza avvisare. Per esempio, oggi sabato 28 agosto 2021 Sono venuta per fare allenamento dalle 9.00, ma ho trovato la palestra chiusa, senza nessuna avviso nemmeno sulla porta, quando avrebbe dovuto essere aperta dalle 8:30!!! The gym is large and has good equipment, but the service is very lacking. Personal trainers change every week and new faces show up every time (and luckily they show up!) Ask for information in the secretariat and most of the time they don't know how to answer you or they are not very exhaustive answers, they have the sauna and wellness center service closed for covid when all other parts are open and working. They do not update the site and change hours or closures without warning. For example, today Saturday 28 August 2021 I came to train from 9.00, but I found the gym closed, without any notice even on the door, when it should have been open from 8:30 !!!
A	Anna Zancanella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra che si presenta bene,ma poi a livello di personale molto scarsa.Per non parlare del trattamento che i responsabili/titolari prestano al cliente.Anche di fronte a grossi problemi non hanno saputo aiutarmi ne venirmi incontro e se ne sono lavati le mani.NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!! Macchinari rotti, bagni sempre sporchi per non parlare delle docce!! E pretendono pure 600 euro l'anno!!! C'è molto di meglio The gym would also be nice, but the management is bad!
