★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inefficiente, sgarbato e non qualificato. Ho aspettato più di mezz'ora affinchè arrivasse il mio turno poichè dovevo aspettare necessariamente un commesso perchè gli altri non so per quale motivo non potevano o non sapevano rispondere (dovevo comprare delle semplici lampade da esterni). Arrivato finalmente il mio turno, il commesso appare infastidito dalle mie domande: "Scusi, ci sono altri colori? Mi dice il prezzo? Naturalmente sono uscita senza acquistare ed il commesso si è inquietato per questo. Insomma ho perso buona parte del pomeriggio senza concludere nulla. Non entrerò più in questo negozio.
 Inefficient, rude and unqualified staff. I waited more than half an hour for my turn to come because I had to wait for a salesman because the others don't know why they couldn't or couldn't answer (I had to buy simple outdoor lamps). Finally my turn arrived, the clerk appears bothered by my questions: "Excuse me, are there other colors? It tells me the price? Of course I went out without buying and the clerk was worried about this. So I lost a good part of the afternoon without concluding nothing ... I will not enter this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero negativa, il negozio è grande, ma puoi girare a lungo senza che nessuno si accorga di te., quindi mi sono messo vicino al banco per chiedere informazioni su ciò che dovevo acquistare. Dopo 20 minuti un commesso farfuglia qualcosa e mi risponde svogliatamente, anzi scocciato dicendomi che devo aspettare un suo collega per il prodotto che cercavo. Aspetto altri 20 minuti e finalmente si libera l'unico commesso che poteva occuparsi di me. Non risponde alle mie domande, mentre tenta di parlare con me si allontana senza motivo e parla con altri. Insomma, per farla breve, non consiglio questo negozio a nessuno a meno che non vogliate perdere un pomeriggio inutilmente.
really bad experience, the store is great, but you can take a long time without anyone being aware of you., so I had been close to the counter to ask questions about what I was buying. After 20 minutes a clerk mumbles something and I answered listlessly, even annoyed and told me that I have to wait a colleague for the product I was looking for. I wait another 20 minutes and finally the only salesman who could take care of me is free. He doesn't answer my questions, while he tries to talk to me he walks away for no reason and talks to others. So, long story short, I do not recommend this store to anyone unless you want to lose an afternoon unnecessarily.
