★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto soddisfatta del servizio offerto. Ho portato Tesla, il mio pastore Australiano che non simpatizzando molto per la spazzola aveva il pelo bello conciato. Valentina oltre che spiegarci bene l'uso dei macchinari del self ci ha dato qualche consiglio per una buona riuscita del lavaggio e asciugatura, tornerò sicuramente.
Very satisfied with the service offered. I brought Tesla, my Australian shepherd who didn't like the brush much and had a nice tanned hair. Valentina as well as explaining the use of the self-service machines well gave us some advice for a successful washing and drying, I will definitely be back.

Valentina è stata molto gentile. Mi ha spiegato bene come utilizzare i macchinari. E mi ha dato delle dritte per rendere migliore la toelettatura del mio lupacchiotto Shade.
Mi è piaciuto molto l'approccio sia con me che con Shade.
Proverò sicuramente anche a far toelettare da loro Shade. Hanno diversi trattamenti in base alle esigenze del peloso.
Pienamente soddisfatta. Consigliato!!!
I got my card and took advantage of the Self-service for the first time.
Valentina was very kind. He explained me well how to use the machines. And he gave me some tips to make my Shade wolf cub grooming better.
I really enjoyed the approach with both me and Shade.
I will definitely try to get Shade groomed by them too. They have different treatments according to the needs of the furry.
Fully satisfied. Recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un allevamento trovare un toelettatore di fiducia è estremamente difficile, soprattutto quando si parla di gatti e devo dire di essere stata molto fortunata.
Da El Neta' Can ho trovato professionalità, competenza, gentilezza, disponibilità, ma soprattutto un'attenzione al cliente e nei confronti dei miei gatti e cani che non è cosi scontata.
Ogni volta che vado si tiene conto delle varie esigenze per capire il trattamento più idoneo.
Si viene anche aggiornati con video in diretta e con foto.
Consigliatissimo da tutta la banda pelosa dell'allevamento Ragdoll della Biancaluna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia cagnolina un po' di tempo fa per fargli fare la toilettatura classica, piu in aggiunta il trattamento dei peli primitivi, quando ho preso l'appuntamento mi hanno detto che erano 40€ (avendola anche vista dal vivo). L'ho portata a fare la toletta il giorno dell'appuntamento che è andato tutto bene, aveva un pelo stupendo è andata cosi bene che mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto uno sconto di 5 euro e me ne hanno chiesti 45!! Ho chiesto il perché e mi hanno detto 'eh, aveva anche la muta'.... Lavorano bene precarietà ma non sulla logica, almeno chiamare per avvisare del costo maggiorato invece di farlo passare per uno 'sconto'.
I brought my dog some time ago to have him do the classic grooming, plus the treatment of primitive hair, when I made the appointment they told me it was 40 € (having also seen her live). I took her to do the toilet on the day of the appointment which went well, she had a wonderful coat and it went so well that they told me they would give me a discount of 5 euros and they asked me for 45 !! I asked why and they said 'eh, he also had the wetsuit' .... They work well precariously but not on logic, at least call to warn of the increased cost instead of making it pass for a 'discount'.
