Lido preso in gestione da pizzeria ristorante SpaccaNapoli. Pizza buona ma aspettare due ore, avete sentito bene, due ore per avere la pizza sul tavolo è davvero troppo. Chiaramente le bevande nel frattempo sono diventate calde e non avevano nemmeno il ghiaccio ?. Abbiamo più volte sollecitato ma non tanto per noi ma per la bambina di cinque anni che piangeva per la fame e la stanchezza. DAI NON SI PUÒ. I ragazzi che servivano non sapevano nemmeno dove dovevamo portare il cibo che la gente aveva ordinato ore prima. NON SI PUÒ. La scusa era.... Perché è sabato.... Ma che razza di scusa è? Se non si è in grado di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti, prendi meno prenotazioni o personale esperto. E mi fermo qui. La gente che ho sentito, si lamentavano tutti e non sto esagerando. Ho fatto presente il tutto al momento del pagamento, il signore si è scusato e ha pure detto che non ero la prima ad averlo segnalato.... ALLORA DOVETE ORGANIZZARVI MEGLIO, GLI HO DETTO. If you are unable to meet customer needs, take fewer reservations or experienced staff. And I stop here. People I've heard, everyone was complaining and I'm not exaggerating. Anche il mare in riva è adatto ai bambini,bassa per una buona porzione di riva.in più ha una zona fresca per poter pranzare al sacco, ha delle tavolate sotto i pini, difficile da trovare posto per il fine settimana visto che sono liberi e non a pagamento The beach is comfortable, has a bar well-stocked for a beach, too bad that sometimes the sand is not very clean from plastic and waste paper, the cost of water for the hot shower is exaggerated, it has an area with games for the children that is not to be underestimated. Personale cordiale e disponibile in particolar modo (Vincenzo) sempre disponibile ed attento a soddisfare le più svariate richieste. Pizza davvero squisita ed alcune specialità sono sicuramente da ritornare e provare. Location on the sea and among the trees, well set up, a small flaw that some tables were devoid of light and fall protection nets. Friendly and helpful staff in particular (Vincenzo) always available and attentive to satisfy the most varied requests. Really delicious pizza and some specialties are definitely worth coming back and trying.
