Nonostante la segnaletica, non ci sono stati chiesti i green pass, la proprietaria ci ha servito i cornetti rigorosamente senza mascherina, non viene rispettata la capienza massima per l'ingresso dei clienti a cui, tra l'altro, gli è stato consentito l'accesso, non solo senza il controllo della certificazione verde, ma anche senza mascherina o con la mascherina sotto il naso.
