Il pizzaiolo di Pino Daniele quando veniva in vacanza qui a Gaeta.....e ho detto tutto! Super-TOP pizza! Quiet environment a few steps from the sea and very kind staff. Pino Daniele's pizza chef when he came on vacation here in Gaeta ..... and I said it all!
P	Pat Lp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzetto sulla piana di sant'agostino..vi consiglio questo posticino su tutti quelli che ci sono in zona..il personale è discreto e gentile, la veranda ventilata e ombreggiata, le sedute e i tavoli sono in legno (e non in plastica e vi assicuro che non è cosa da poco quando il sederino non rimane appiccicato alla sedia ?). È sempre disponibile, lavagna docet, il pescato del giorno e la nostra calamarata con calamari, gamberoni e pomodorini era SUBLIME! La frittura di calamari e gamberi, sempre freschissimi, ci ha accompagnato alla fine di questo venerdì "senza rinunce " sulla magnifica spiaggia di Gaeta! Vi consiglio il vino bianco della casa, profumato e leggero, perfetto per tornare in spiaggia felici e spensierati.??tot.45euro. I have lunch on the plain of Sant'Agostino..I recommend this little place to everyone in the area..the staff is discreet and kind, the veranda is ventilated and shaded, the seats and tables are made of wood (and not plastic and I assure you that it is not a trivial matter when the bottom does not remain stuck to the chair ?). The catch of the day is always available, blackboard docet and our calamarata with calamari, prawns and cherry tomatoes was SUBLIME! The fried squid and prawns, always fresh, accompanied us at the end of this Friday "without sacrifices" on the magnificent beach of Gaeta! I recommend the house white wine, fragrant and light, perfect for returning to the beach happy and carefree. ??tot. 45 euros.

Typical waterfront restaurant, very spartan, however, the pizza and fried food were well liked, the babà was good, except the strawberry mousse, the staff were polite.

I piatti semplici e buoni ma non tali da giustificare 95 euro. L'antipasto deludente, considerando che solo quello costa 20 euro. Un po' di polpo in insalata, carpaccio di salmone, tonno e pesce spada (quelli che si trovano anche al supermercato), sue polpettine, due spiedini panati ed una conchiglia con un cucchiaio di zuppetta di pesce. Due primi, con cozze, vongole e gamberi, due secondi, una frittura e fetta di pesce spada, mezzo litro di vino della casa, una bottiglia d'acqua e due caffè. 95 euro mi sembrano veramente tanti. Neanche nei migliori ristoranti di pesce a Fiumicino abbiamo mai pagato tanto, e parlo di ristoranti con tovaglie e tovaglioli di stoffa e tavoli non di plastica. Ecco, questo non mi fa dare più di 3 stelle. I gamberoni, tra l'altro, interi, con il "filo" nero ancora all'interno (dico filo, ma sappiamo di che parlo). Questo rende il gambero amaro. Oggi forse il menu costa così perché è Pasquetta. Posso capire, ma temo non sia stata una buona idea. You cross the street and you are on the beach. A little octopus in a salad, salmon carpaccio, tuna and swordfish (the ones you can also find at the supermarket), his meatballs, two breaded skewers and a shell with a spoonful of fish soup. Two first courses, with mussels, clams and prawns, two second courses, a fried and slice of swordfish, half a liter of house wine, a bottle of water and two coffees. 95 euros seem like a lot to me. Not even in the best fish restaurants in Fiumicino have we ever paid so much, and I'm talking about restaurants with cloth tablecloths and napkins and non-plastic tables. Here, this does not give me more than 3 stars. The prawns, among other things, whole, with the black "thread" still inside (I say thread, but we know what I'm talking about). This makes the shrimp bitter. Today perhaps the menu costs this way because it is Easter Monday. I can understand, but I'm afraid it wasn't a good idea.
