Sono entrato per comprare una Siga Elett. e l'indifferenza generale non mi ha fatto concludere l'acquisto. "Per molti anche 100euro di spesa non sono sottovalutabili." L'ho comprata altrove dove ho trovato gentilezza e pazienza. Non mi va di pubblicizzare altri ma credetemi 100'000 volte meglio. In seguito entravo in questo locale per comprare i liquidi, ma una sera entro e vengo totalmente assalito da un commesso. Forse non era la sua giornata migliore, ma altri al posto mio avrebbero reagito male. Decido di non spendere più neanche un euro in questo negozio. Una sera però mi fermo al distributore e acquisto 3liquidi di cui 2 scaduti. Dico, veramente complimenti per la gestione. Tutto accaduto nel 2019. Spero che le cose siano cambiate, lascio a voi la decisione. Io di certo non ci metterò più piede. Hanno perso un forte cliente e se dovessi raccomandarlo ad un amico di certo non gli consiglierei questo. Quindi chissà quanti altri ne hanno persi. Lavorando in un bar il consiglio che posso dare è che L'attenzione e la cura del cliente devono essere al primo posto, detto da venditore che non sottovaluta mai nessuno e nessuna vendita.
