★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza è totalmente negativa, ho comprato una trapunta al costo di €50,80 e prima di usarla l'ho lavata in lavatrice ( come indicato) dove peraltro lavo gli altri piumoni matrimoniali della casa; lavaggio per piumoni a 30 gradi, lavatrice 12 kg. Al termine del lavaggio ho steso la trapunta ed ho visto gli strappi che ho provveduto a fotografare. Il responsabile del negozio afferma che tale danneggiamento è da imputarsi totalmente ad una cattiva esecuzione del lavaggio, senza minimamente prendere in considerazione una difettosa ovvero bassa qualità della cucitura o del materiale utilizzato. Mi sarei aspettata una sostituzione o per lo meno una proposta di risarcimento seppure parziale; invece mi è stata restituita la trapunta rotta ed arrivederci e grazie. Questa parte è in aggiunta alla vostra risposta, non mi è stata fatta nessuna proposta di sconto, altrimenti non avrei scritto questa recensione. Quello che avete scritto non corrisponde al vero.
Unfortunately my experience is totally negative, I bought a quilt at a cost of € 50.80 and before using it I washed it in the washing machine (as indicated) where I also wash the other double duvets in the house; washing for duvets at 30 degrees, washing machine 12 kg. At the end of the washing I spread out the quilt and I saw the tears that I took to photograph. The shop manager states that this damage is totally attributable to poor washing performance, without in any way taking into consideration a faulty or low quality of the stitching or of the material used. I would have expected a replacement or at least a proposal for compensation, even if partial; instead I was returned the broken quilt and goodbye and thank you. This part is in addition to your answer, no discount proposal was made to me, otherwise I would not have written this review. What you have written is not true.

Lenzuola, copriletti anche x le camerette dei bambini, teli mare, tovaglie plastificate, accappatoi, tende, cuscini x cani, tappeti, questo al piano superiore. Al piano inferiore candele, accessori x la casa, lanterne, mobiletti, posate, oggetti x profumare la casa, articoli regalo. Ora scontato fino al 70%.Un bel negozietto
