★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza NEGATIVA, appuntamenti non rispettati, personale frettoloso, sarte INCOMPETENTI, vestito rovinato 10 giorni prima del matrimonio SENZA AVVISARE.... forse dico forse, la proprietaria all'oscuro dell'accaduto ....dovrebbe vigilare di più sul suo personale.
 NEGATIVE experience, missed appointments, rushed staff, INCOMPETENT seamstresses, ruined dress 10 days before the wedding WITHOUT NOTICE .... maybe just maybe, the owner in the dark about what happened .... should be more vigilant about her staff.

La sarta molto disponibile e bravissima oltre ad essere una meravigliosa e gentile donna. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!
Wonderful dresses! Staff very polite and very patient, they satisfied us in every way! I am super satisfied with the clothes we bought with my mom. The seamstress is very helpful and talented as well as being a wonderful and kind woman. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad una settimana dal matrimonio di mio fratello il mio vestito era irrecuperabile. Ho scelto Ego Couture per la gentilezza della proprietaria conosciuta da Sposa In per altre occasioni, ma mai più comprerò un vestito da cerimonia. Appuntamenti dimenticati, commesse precipitose e scorrette, sarta incommentabile. Dopo aver scelto l'abito, il più che doveva essere fatto era un orlo. Errare è umano ma la correttezza nell'avvisare la cliente è sinonimo di professionalità e qualificazione. Sono convinta che l'appuntamento non fosse "dimenticato" o "sbagliato" ma preso appositamente per farmi vedere l'errore della sarta a tre giorni prima del matrimonio, ripeto, di mio fratello. E non aggiungo ulteriori parole sul numero di persone presenti in atelier in un periodo così delicato come questo. Le norme anti-covid rispettate sotto il minimo sindacabile. In definitiva... deludente al massimo. Una stella è il minimo che si può dare, ma neanche la meritano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credevo che la ricerca del vestito sarebbe stata, come a volte capita, lunga ed estenuante. Invece da Ego Couture ho trovato subito quello che cercavo, grazie alla varietà di abiti. Ci tengo molto a sottolineare la professionalità, gentilezza e accoglienza del personale. Ottimo qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo.
I thought that the search for the dress would be, as it sometimes happens, long and exhausting. Instead at Ego Couture I immediately found what I was looking for, thanks to the variety of dresses. Ho scelto un abito che era esattamente come lo desideravo per il matrimonio di un'amica. Sono pienamente soddisfatta, lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.
Really appreciable shop for quality, variety and courtesy. The girls offered me different dresses respecting my requests. I chose a dress that was exactly how I wanted it for a friend's wedding. I am fully satisfied, I recommend it and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli abiti sono belli ma non prenderò più nulla! L'abito preso era tutto sgualcito! Le coppe cucite dalla sarta sono state semplicemente appuntate! (Cosa che potevo fare anche io, perché sono state veramente messe male) l'abito all'interno pieno di fili che fuoriescono. Ma così si consegna un abito da 600 euro? (Rispondo qua al commento perché non ho altra modalità di replica; purtroppo il matrimonio è oggi e non posso portarlo ad aggiustare! Ci siamo messe io e mia mamma a stirarlo e a tentare di salvarlo! Purtroppo è andata così... pu avendolo ordinato a gennaio, 5 mesi prima!) Ecco le foto
