The second time we visited, the dining room was closed and only the bar area was opened. The owner opened the dining rooma dn made us pasta of our choice. Highly recommend. Eating here is an experience meant to be enjoyed so don’t get upset about wait times. Well worth the wait!
R	R S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the grilled seafood platter; however, nothing on that dish was grilled. It was stone cold and none of the seafoods had grill or sear marks. I was in shock that the large prawns were not deveined. The manager/owner was extremely rude and disrespectful when I brought this up to his attention. While there was a language barrier, he starts saying out-loud "you have to pay." I didn't say anything about payment. I was just showing him that the large prawns were not deveined and told him that it's not cleaned and it's disgusting. I tried to explain to him that it's "no good" and he kept arguing with me. It was such an unpleasant interaction while one is trying to eat food. If you want to serve non-frozen shrimp but don’t want to devein them, consider choosing small or medium shrimp which tend to have a smaller, less noticeable vein. The only reason I am giving this a 2 star was because the Cacio e pepe was excellent and the waitress was very nice.
V	Vincent Rosengren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Carbonara I have tasted. Tasted it with Italian people and they loved it too. Amatriciana was also fantastic. Ice cream tasted regularly but overall it was amazing and at a great price. Fantastic view too! Recommended!

The waiter was so much more welcoming than any Italian staff we had to deal with all day long. It was refreshing. We had pizza and housewine and Panna Cotta and all was super delicious (unlike the hotel food around here). For five people we left with a 50€ bill. Pay attention: Google maps will send you up the hill but the entrance is from the main street. Only start uphill once you see their entrance sign and brightly lit entrance way up the hill. They stayed open for only us until midnight.

The staff were very friendly and helpful dispite the small language barrier. The food was delicious! The icing on the cake was we actually forgot our baby’s iPad at the restaurant. We were due to drive 2 1/2 hours to pescara to catch our flight home in an hour ! I was able to ask the family for help at 745/8 AM. They came to the restaurant and had the iPad ready for me. They were so nice and understanding about the situation and went ABOVE my expectations. We will definitely be returning!!!
