★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di acquistare una casa con impianto idraulico installato da questa azienda. L'impianto non funziona e ormai da una settimana non ho acqua calda ma alla efficace, solo di nome, non frega nulla. Alle mie telefonate si risponde con accondiscendenza e menefreghismo.
I had the misfortune of buying a house with plumbing installed from this company. The system does not work and I have not had hot water for a week now but the effective one, in name only, doesn't give a damn. My phone calls are answered with condescension and indifference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INEFFICACE IMPIANTI. Io cambierei nome. Ogni anno ad Agosto va in errore il condizionatore da loro installato. Ogni anno dal 2019 chiamo e dicono che mi richiameranno, non mi richiamano, richiamo io e ci vuole sempre circa 1 settimana o 10 giorni per l'intervento. Quest'anno ho chiamato il 6 agosto si segnano la telefonata ma non mi richiamano, ho richiamato il 9 e mi è stato risposto che non c'è NESSUN TECNICO disponibile perché sono tutti in ferie proprio da quel giorno. Chiedo di poter parlare con qualcuno che mi sappia aiutare almeno telefonicamente, mi rispondono ogni giorno che mi faranno sapere. Stamattina mi dicono che mi faranno sapere ma nulla, ed ora non rispondono neanche più al telefono.
Questa vi sembra serietà?
INEFFECTIVE PLANTS. I would change my name. Every year in August the air conditioner they installed goes into error. Every year since 2019 I call and they say they will call me back, they don't call me back, I call back and it always takes about 1 week or 10 days for the surgery. This year I called on August 6, they record the call but they don't call me back, I called back on 9 and I was told that there is NO TECHNICIAN available because they are all on vacation from that day. I ask to be able to speak to someone who can help me at least by telephone, they answer me every day that they will let me know. This morning they tell me that they will let me know but nothing, and now they don't even answer the phone anymore.
