★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dipendente mi ha fatto un perfetto Degradé, ma il padrone mi ha distrutto i capelli con un taglio durato due minuti, orribile e soprattutto totalmente differente da come richiesto. Stesso per la piega con ferro. Chiedo ondulati naturali, mi fa boccoli demodè. Non ascolta le mie richieste.

Ha asciugato i capelli senza neanche chiedere come li preferivo. Ho prenotato per telefono un taglio con piega mossa che l'assistente mi ha detto costare 15 euro, sono andata via con un caschetto liscio non gradito che mi è costato invece 25 euro.
