È sabato e non ho la mia dottoressa disponibile x farmi fare l impegnativa. Di solito trovo farmaciste gentili, ma stavolta incappo nell unico scorbutico. Sembra sempre molto infastidito di quel che gli chiedo. Mi dice che devo andare alla guardia medica a farmi fare l impegnativa altrimenti devo pagare tutto. Chiedo gentilmente se é possibile fare un sospeso e lui continua a ripetere " deve pagare , deve pagare". Mi rivolgo a una farmacia a 500 metri di distanza e la farmacista oltre a darmi i farmaci non me li fa neppure pagare mi raccomanda solo di tornare "APPENA HA L IMPEGNATIVA TORNI DA ME ANCHE CON LE SCATOLINE ". Ho sempre apprezzato e frequentato il vostro negozio ma da oggi non lo farò più. Magari suggerite al farmacista in questione che chi sta' dall altra parte del bancone ha problemi di salute, a volte anche gravi. Un sorriso, un po' di empatia non farebbe male, anzi forse gioverebbe anche al professionista. Magari consigliategli un corso intensivo di comunicazione positiva. Mi dispiace tanto ma io vi lascio. Assortimento di cosmetici a livello di una profumeria ed,infatti ho speso centinaia di euro ormai..ma l unica volta che ho chiesto un farmaco per il quale avevo una ricetta A ME INTESTATA, SEMPLICEMENTE SCADUTA, dato che il mio medico di famiglia.e'in ferie!!e per giunta molto distante da Negrar, MI E STATO NEGATO IL FARMACO. Giusto essere precisi , ma forse perché su un farmaco da 5€ hanno poco guadagno? Quando spendevo centinaia di euro in creme etc erano mooolto molto zelanti. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Io ci tengo a dire che vado abbastanza spesso sempre per cose di routine ma in questi giorni sono stato servito da un signore di una disponibilità e gentilezza fuori dal comune,per questo motivo mi sento di fare questa recensione perché un conto è fare il farmacista un conto è avere quel qualcosa a livello umano che tanto fa...
