Il divano provato invece, nel punto vendita di Aosta "federici sofà" aveva la seduta comoda e morbida. Ha sporto subito reclamo ma gli hanno detto di aspettare 15 giorni. E viste le recensioni temiamo che non ce lo cambino. Avessimo letto prima le recensioni sarebbe stato meglio. Speriamo non sia una situazione come successo ad altri. In caso di effettiva risoluzione faremo recensione positiva
03/28/2022 Today my sister bought a Millos sofa which, assembled at home, turned out to have a hard seat as wood. The sofa we tested on the other hand, in the "federici sofà" store in Aosta, had a comfortable and soft seat. He immediately filed a complaint but was told to wait 15 days. And given the reviews we're afraid they won't change it. Had we read the reviews earlier it would have been better. We hope it is not a situation like what happened to others. In case of effective termination we will do a positive review
