Mi hanno fatto aspettare più di 20 minuti e quando ho chiesto x cortesia di considerare che non avevo molto tempo, mi è stato detto da una collaboratrice (e non dalla titolare, che stava a guardare senza proferire parola) che erano in ritardo sulla tabella di marcia e basta. Nessun cenno a voler recuperare o proporre un'alternativa. Nessun contatto x chiedere almeno scusa x l'accaduto. Sono sempre stata paziente in passato anche in occasione di un colore sbagliato o quando la manicure mi ha scorticati 3 dita su 10. Credo che l'orientamento al cliente debba migliorare.
Very unpleasant episode on the morning of a family wedding. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho I capelli mossi.,una lotta tenerli a bada. Nella mia vita ho girato un sacco di parrucchieri perché, pur avendo libera scelta su come eseguire taglio/colore.. Uscivo che non sembravo mai entrata.. E non vado molto spesso dal parrucchiere. Consigliata da un amico sono approdata da loro prima del Covid, per tutta la durata del "blocco" ho avuto I capelli in ordine. Stra consigliato.. Ci ritorno volentieri e lo consiglio.
