★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato ieri (3 settembre 2021) per caso rientrando a casa dalle ferie. Ho trovato un ragazzo calvo con un sorriso come non ne vedevo da tempo che si é offerto di controllarmi la pressione degli pneumatici perché ad occhio gli sembravano leggermente sgonfi. É stato un gesto che mi ha particolarmente colpito perché sono abituato a vedere bronci e occhiate storte quando in altre stazioni di servizio chiedo la cortesia di controllare le ruote. Una pulizia maniacale del piccolo (ma decoroso) punto vendita e una sicurezza nelle operazioni che appartiene a professionalità d'altri tempi sono le cose che mi faranno sicuramente tornare a fare rifornimento qui. Al giorno d'oggi trovare persone che svolgono il proprio lavoro con competenza e sopratutto con il sorriso é diventata un'utopia.
I stopped yesterday (September 3, 2021) by chance returning home from vacation. I found a bald guy with a smile like I hadn't seen in a long time who offered to check my tire pressure because to the eye they looked slightly deflated. It was a gesture that particularly struck me because I am used to seeing grunts and crooked glances when at other service stations I ask the courtesy to check the wheels. An obsessive cleaning of the small (but decent) store and a safety in operations that belongs to the professionalism of yesteryear are the things that will surely make me come back to refuel here. Nowadays, finding people who do their work competently and above all with a smile has become a utopia.
