L'idraulico era intervenuto più e più volte ma dopo qualche settimana il problema si ripresentava. Era giunto il momento di un intervento più invasivo. Quindi mi affido al caro amico Google. Trovo il loro numero su Internet tra i primi risultati di ricerca digitando "Ditta spurghi a Milano". Provo a chiamarli anche se con basse speranze di risposta visto che era Domenica... e invece: voilà! Dopo due squilli risponde questa voce squillante ma allo stesso tempo dolce che poco dopo scopro appartenere a una ragazza di nome Laura. Professionale e subito reattiva nel capire la mia problematica, Laura riesce a prenotare uno slot per far intervenire i suoi ragazzi il giorno successivo. Puntuali come un orologio svizzero, circa 24 ore dopo si presentano Dario e Giuseppe che, mostrandosi subito simpatici ma allo stesso tempo molto professionali, si mettono subito al lavoro. È una bella incrostazione, ma dopo circa un'oretta escono fuori dalla cucina con il sorriso tipico dei supereroi che hanno appena sconfitto l'acerrimo nemico: i tubi sono disostruiti e l'acqua scorre talmente tanto bene nel lavandino che Cascate del Niagara scansateve! Ero talmente felice che se non ci fosse stato l'obbligo di mantenere il metro di distanza me li sarei abbracciati forte forte! In conclusione?! Qualità e professionalità. Li consiglio vivamente! I try to call them even if with low hopes of response since it was Sunday ... and instead: voila! After two rings, this ringing but at the same time sweet voice answers that I discover shortly after belonging to a girl named Laura. Professional and immediately reactive in understanding my problem, Laura manages to book a slot to let her kids intervene the next day. Punctual as a Swiss watch, about 24 hours later Dario and Giuseppe introduce themselves, showing themselves immediately nice but at the same time very professional, they immediately get to work. It's a nice fouling, but after about an hour they come out of the kitchen with the typical smile of the superheroes who have just defeated the arch enemy: the pipes are unobstructed and the water flows so well into the sink that Niagara Falls dodges! I was so happy that if there was no obligation to keep the meter away I would have hugged them tightly! In conclusion?! Quality and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Puntuali, professionali e puliti: dopo aver liberato lo scarico, intervenendo lungo tutto il tratto ispezionabile e su diversi accessi, si sono anche premurati di capire le ragioni del guasto, individuando una pendenza difettosa di parte dell'impianto. Alfonso e Domenico si sono dimostrati assolutamente disponibili e capaci, ma soprattutto puliti e scrupolosi. Problema di scarico risolto e casa perfetta. Alfonso e Giuseppe sono stati super attenti, cortesi, professionali, molto precisi e scrupolosi nel fare molti controlli , una volta liberato lo scarico, per verificare che tutto funzionasse nel migliore dei modi. Mi hanno spiegato con calma la situazione. Hanno ricercato il problema con tutti i possibili tentativi fra i vari tombini senza mai lamentarsi del fatto che io non sapessi guidarli a quello giusto. Hanno risolto il problema. Hanno pulito e riordinato tutto quello che hanno toccato. Puntuali, il giorno successivo, si sono presentati Dario e Alfonso, gentilissimi e professionali, che in meno di un'ora hanno liberato l'intera colonna (bloccata dalla fioritura e dallo sporco di 20 anni). Al termine del lavoro hanno verificato il risultato attentamente dimostrandomi in pratica il totale funzionamento. Precisi nel lavoro e si sono preoccupati di pulire bene tutta la tubazione prima di terminare il lavoro.
