Purchased new apartment, after 3 years I have leaks from the water pipes (the lady downstairs is flooding) and the reply from the builder is that I only have a two year warranty. I state that I have not done any modification work in my apartment, everything is
remained as they delivered it to me. Now I have to face the expenses to restore everything and pay the lawyer.
