★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sommessamente faccio notare la scarsa professionalità dimostrata dal tecnico assegnatario del lavoro di verifica guasti del mio notebook. Incaricato di verificare la funzionalità delle porte USB si dichiarava incapace di provvedere alla riparazione adducendo guasti Hardware inesistenti. Il difetto è stato riconosciuto da MONDOINFORMATICA che prontamente ha provveduto a risolvere il problema. Segnalo inoltre la scortesia del tecnico zazzeruto che repentinamente si rifiutava di esaminare il problema evidenziando una scarsa conoscenza di windows e dei suoi componenti. Il problema era dei drivers non aggiornati. Sconsiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a questa ditta arrafazzonata e professionalmente inesistente.
 I softly point out the lack of professionalism shown by the technician assigned to check my notebook's failures. In charge of verifying the functionality of the USB ports, he declared himself unable to provide for the repair, citing non-existent Hardware failures. The defect was recognized by MONDOINFORMATICA which promptly resolved the problem. I also point out the rudeness of the mop technician who suddenly refused to examine the problem, highlighting a lack of knowledge of windows and its components. The problem was with out-of-date drivers. I do not recommend everyone to turn to this arrafazzonata and professionally non-existent company.
