Redatto preventivo a maggio 2020 per lavori di costruzione muretto e ristemazione con asfaltatura di una strada di accesso e marciapiedi in una piccola lottizzazione, accordati verbalmente per settembre. Confermato preventivo a metà giugno telefonicamente e via mail.Ad agosto chiamati per riconfermare la data di inizio lavori e firma del contratto ma mi viene detto che il lavoro sarebbe stato spostato ad inizio- metà di Ottobre per problemi Covid correlati e che sarei stato chiamato per la firma del contratto. Nulla. Ricontattati in data odierna per avere nuove informazioni, e mi viene risposto che devono rinunciare all'appalto per intervenuti impegni, e che l'ing. si era pure dimenticato.

Drafted estimate in May 2020 for wall construction and rearrangement with asphalting of an access road and sidewalks in a small subdivision, verbally agreed for September. Estimate confirmed in mid-June by telephone and email In August called to reconfirm the start date of the work and sign the contract but I am told that the work would have been moved to the beginning-mid-October for related Covid problems and that I would be called to the signing of the contract. Nothing. Contacted today for new information, and I am told that they have to renounce the contract due to commitments, and that Eng. he had even forgotten.
