Sono stato avvisato il giorno stesso del noleggio che non avrei avuto la piattaforma pattuita 5 giorni prima.
Non capisco come si possano prendere impegni per un noleggio, senza avere al 100% la certezza che un mezzo sia disponibile.
Ripeto agghiacciante.

I don't understand how you can make commitments for a rental without being 100% sure that a vehicle is available.
