g	gianni lisbet montanari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato degli infissi della FINISTRAL e consegnati senza le adeguate protezioni tipo nastro o pluriball .Noi le abbiamo richieste tempo prima del montaggio nella casa ..dopo lo scarico sono state depositate in ambiente chiuso e protetti...Segnaliamo il problema passano dopo 5 giorni per la visione del difetto poi altri 7 giorni per dare una risposta che sarebbe stato riparato con una copertura oppure sostituito il pezzo ..sono già passati 20 giorni dalla consegna degli infissi ed ad oggi mi viene detto che la copertura del montante viene sostituito con tempistiche di 4 settimane ..ma mi sembra una cosa assurda.. io non consiglio questa ditta ..Bravi nel vendere ma poco rapidi nel risolvere situazioni del genere .. Pensando che se mi avrebbero consegnato gli infissi lo stesso giorno del montaggio non so come sarebbe finita magari con tempi più lunghi.. We purchased some FINISTRAL fixtures and delivered without the appropriate protections such as tape or bubble wrap. We requested them time before assembly in the house .. after unloading they were stored in a closed and protected environment ... We report the problem they pass after 5 days for the vision of the defect then another 7 days to give an answer that would have been repaired with a cover or replaced the piece .. 20 days have already passed since the delivery of the fixtures and today I am told that the cover of the upright is replaced with timing 4 weeks .. but it seems absurd to me .. I do not recommend this company .. Good in selling but not quick in solving such situations .. Thinking that if they would have delivered the fixtures to me on the same day of assembly, I don't know how it would have ended, perhaps with longer times ..
A	Andrea Benazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MODIFICO LA RECENSIONE PER ESSERE PIU' PRECISO CON IL PROPRIETARIO. Pessima esperienza con assistenza clienti, sono rimasto senza parole. Nel dicembre 2018 una porta interna di un certo valore montata da 6 mesi si sfoglia all'altezza dell'imbocco della piastrina di chiusura. Chiamo l'assistenza e dopo vari contatti e varie proposte si decide di comune accordo di applicare una piastrina più grande (Aprile). Trascorsi mesi e dopo innumerevoli mail, finalmente il 20 settembre 2019 arriva il montatore con la piastrina che purtroppo non va bene , il montatore prima di andarsene prende le misure per quella che dovrebbe essere definitiva. Siamo ai primi di Dicembre 2019 , non si è saputo più nulla , decido di mandare ennesima mail per chiedere lumi e la risposta mi lascia senza parole, mi viene risposto che la piastrina era nella buchetta della posta e che il montatore mi aveva mandato messaggio per avvertirmi. punto 1) Nessun messaggio mi è stato mandato. ( forse una telefonata era decisamente meglio) punto 2) Chissà da quanto tempo la piastrina era nella buchetta visto che era arrugginita. punto 3) Ho dovuto chiamare un falegname perchè per poter inserire la piastrina era da scassare ulteriormente il montante della porta . Il tutto per una piastrina da ....forse 5 euro. Spero di essere stato chiaro e di aver reso l'idea della delusione. Cordialmente I MODIFY THE REVIEW TO BE MORE ACCURATE WITH THE OWNER. (maybe a phone call was much better) point 2) Who knows how long the plate was in the hole since it was rusty. point 3) I had to call a carpenter because in order to insert the plate it was necessary to further break the door upright. All for a plate of .... maybe 5 euros. I hope I have been clear and have made the idea of disappointment. with regard

Dopo aver avuto esperienze contrastanti in fase di scelta dell'azienda a cui affidare la mia ristrutturazione e dopo essermi imbattuto in diversi venditori di fumo, ho deciso di accettare il preventivo di chi non era certamente il più a buon mercato, sperando che pagando un pò di più potesse voler dire maggiore qualità. E sono contento della mia scelta, perchè è stato esattamente cosi. Sui prodotti lo sapevo già perchè cercavo certe marche, ma la sorpresa è stata sull'azienda. stavo per fare una scelta sbagliata e alla fine ho fatto quella giusto. Quindi non posso far altro che consigliarla a tutti, a maggior ragione se cercate Finstral e lo scrive uno che ha approfondito tanto e ha parlato con tutte le aziende. Magari si paga qualcosa di più, ma la qualità di ogni servizio è ai massimi livelli, come deve essere. Grazie. Good job!
