Controllate che in sede di acquisto i documenti e le destinazioni d'uso siano conformi a quanto presente nel compromesso. Noi purtroppo abbiamo avuto a distanza di anni una pessima sorpresa ,perchè l'ultima variante depositata in comune, che stravolgeva le precedenti, è stata depositata due mesi dopo a quando in effetti abitavamo già in quella casa. E in comune si sono ben guardati dal mostrarcela per tutti gli anni successivi.
Be very careful when buying property from this company. Check that at the time of purchase the documents and intended use comply with the provisions of the compromise. Unfortunately we had a bad surprise years later, because the latest variant filed in common, which upset the previous ones, was filed two months later when in fact we already lived in that house. And in common they have been careful not to show it to us for all the following years.
