★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza con questa azienda: ho comprato la peggior malta che mi sia capitata sotto mani, un prodotto scadente, probabilmente tufina mescolata con l'acqua piuttosto che con la calce, non certificato, inbustato in maniera anonima e casereccia, con cui ho realizzato un intonaco che a distanza di pochi giorni ho dovuto rimuovere e ripristinare a mie spese, per non deludere i miei committenti. Il personale è poco competente, soprattutto in bioedilizia, non conosce gentilezza, non si assume responsabilità, non accetta indietro il materiale scadende che ha venduto e non ha spirito di collaborazione con architetti e intonachisti.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company: I bought the worst mortar I have come across, a poor product, probably tuff mixed with water rather than lime, not certified, anonymously and homemade, with which I made a plaster that after a few days I had to remove and restore at my own expense, so as not to disappoint my clients. The staff is not very competent, especially in green building, does not know kindness, does not take responsibility, does not accept back the expired material that it has sold and has no spirit of collaboration with architects and plasterers.
