Dopo molteplici mail telefonate e foto inviate la spocchiosa risposta della segreteria (tal chiara Bettoni)è stata quella che loro non avrebbero avuto la possibilità di riperire i pezzi di ricambio poiché non trattavano quel particolare modello, rinfacciandomi che , pure mi ero permesso di cbiare ditta a cui fare fare assistenza!alla faccia della libera concorrenza! A conti fatti 4 settimane perse!rivolgetevi a dei professionisti...questi non lo sono!
One star too! Sought assistance for a malfunctioning shower in the pool installed by them. After multiple emails, phone calls and photos sent, the snooty answer of the secretariat (this clear Bettoni) was that they would not have had the opportunity to retrieve the spare parts because they did not deal with that particular model, reproaching me that, although I had allowed myself to change the company to do assistance! in the face of free competition! On balance 4 wasted weeks! Contact professionals ... these are not!
