Da qui il mio viaggio… dopo più di un mese (26 aprile) sono venuti a prendere le misure e io ho pagato una caparra. Il portone è stato installato a luglio con i colori dei pannelli sbagliati e senza il coprifilo,ma per correttezza personale ho comunque pagato una ulteriore quota del portone ma con l’invito a sostituire i pannelli con i colori che volevo in origine. Dopo mesi e solleciti,sono arrivati i pannelli esatti ma non mi sono stati montati perché ancora non c’erano i coprifilo. Allora ancora con molta pazienza ho cercato il dialogo e l’invito a provvedere. A distanza di mesi siamo arrivati al 20 febbraio 2022,ovvero 11 mesi dal primo approccio con la ditta e sono arrivati i coprifilo ma hanno montato quelli sbagliati Perdipiù tagliati anche storti Prima o poi finirò…. Ma non credo che mi vedranno per una nuova commissione di lavoro. La cosa più brutta che nessun responsabile,titolare o socio di maggioranza abbia mai alzato una cornetta e cercato di porgere delle scuse di nessun genere. After months and reminders, the exact panels arrived but they were not mounted to me because there were still no wire covers. Then again with a lot of patience I sought dialogue and an invitation to provide. Months later we arrived at February 20, 2022, that is 11 months from the first approach with the company and the wire covers arrived but they mounted the wrong ones Furthermore, they are also cut crooked Sooner or later I'll finish…. But I don't think they're going to see me for a new work errand. The worst thing that no manager, owner or majority shareholder has ever picked up a handset and tried to apologize of any kind.
