La casa è un piccolo gioiello, costruzione di ottima qualità, di ultima generazione, curata nei minimi dettagli con ottime finiture e spazi studiati alla perfezione! Cosa ancora più importante, assolutamente non scontata durante una compravendita, è l’assoluta disponibilità e gentilezza del geometra. Ad oggi mia richiesta, dubbio, domanda c’è sempre stata una risposta gentile e professionale, è stato sempre disponibile a venire incontro ai miei bisogni e necessità. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo acquistato da poco una villetta da loro a Motta, ad oggi che ormai siamo praticamente dentro possiamo solo che ritenerci piú che soddisfatti, costruzione di ottima manifattura, attenzione ai dettagli, design accattivante (a parer mio nella zona sono le ville piú belle esteticamente), isolamento e impianti di ultima generazione, materiali solo di marchi leader e affidabili.. Insomma case non fatte al risparmio ma all' attenzione della qualità! Ci siamo trovati soprattutto bene con il geometra Federico, essendo noi una coppia giovane e quindi un po disorientati nel mondo dei mutui abbiamo avuto un grande aiuto da lui su ogni aspetto, sia tecnico della casa che a livello burocratico e di pratiche! Gentilissimo e molto paziente, é riuscito a soddisfare ogni richiesta o variazione di capitola richiesta! Al giorno d'oggi é difficile trovare un venditore Onesto e Professionale come lui! D	Davide Pasini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una luna ricerca di una casa ho avuto la fortuna di imbattermi in questa azienda del geometra Vacchini: mi hanno seguito con grande pazienza e dedizione fin dall’inizio delle mie valutazioni fino al momento del rogito (avvenuto un anno dopo visto che il condominio era in costruzione) e anche oltre! L’appartamento che ho acquistato è immerso nello splendido panorama del parco del Ticino: essendo una costruzione nuova gode di una classe energetica alta (A3), con pannelli fotovoltaici e tutti i comfort del caso, ultimo (ma non per importanza) il fatto di essere totalmente predisposta per ospitare la connessione in fibra ftth, in arrivo nel corso del 2022. Il complesso residenziale è sito in una nuova zona di Motta Visconti, tutte le persone che stanno venendo in casa per montare gli arredamenti mi chiedono informazioni sugli altri appartamenti in vendita (nonché sulle villette). Che dire, sono assolutamente soddisfatto e ringrazio nuovamente Federico e il resto della famiglia per l’ottimo servizio. Aggiungo che trattandosi di una compravendita direttamente dal costruttore non ho dovuto sostenere spese di agenzia. Soddisfatto al 100%! After a long search for a house, I was lucky enough to come across this company owned by the surveyor Vacchini: they followed me with great patience and dedication from the beginning of my evaluations until the moment of the deed (which took place a year later since the condominium was under construction) and beyond! The apartment I purchased is immersed in the splendid panorama of the Ticino park: being a new building, it has a high energy class (A3), with photovoltaic panels and all the necessary comforts, last (but not least) the fact of be fully prepared to host the ftth fiber connection, arriving in the course of 2022. The residential complex is located in a new area of Motta Visconti, all the people who are coming to the house to assemble the furnishings ask me for information on the other apartments in sale (as well as on the villas). What can I say, I am absolutely satisfied and I thank Federico and the rest of the family again for the excellent service. I would add that since it was a sale directly from the manufacturer, I did not have to incur agency fees. 100% satisfied!
