Mi hanno accompagnato traducendo le mie idee da profano in risultati concreti. Cosa posso dire? Rispetto dei tempi concordati (anzi, piccolo anticipo), responsabilità nel far fronte agli imprevisti, nessuna sorpresa sul prezzo preventivato (... e, nel settore, non è affatto scontato). Ristrutturare è un'avventura, a volte quasi un secondo lavoro per il comittente e bisogna affidarsi a professionisti che sanno sempre dare consigli e loro modi di vedere in base all'esperienza.... Questo è il cuore di tutto..... Qui in Edilservice ho incontrato Salvatore che è stato più di un capicantiere... Molto di più !!! Ho iniziato a fare i lavori per il 110 nella casa a schiera del 1980 a fine settembre 2021 e terminato a febbraio 2022.... Secondo me è da record. In un momento come questo dove non si trovavano ponteggi, materie prime, in piena pandemia e quarantene, rincari energia..... Veramente da paura.... E devo dire che non è stata una passeggiata.... ne abbiamo affrontati di problemi. Salvatore mi è stato sempre accanto e mi ha sempre affiancato con l'esperienza e i consigli giusti. Una casa del 1980 è una sorpresa ed anche a fine lavori qualche imprevisto è uscito sempre fuori ma ha saputo sempre fronteggiare nel migliore dei modi.... Non posso che essere più che soddisfatto dell'ottimo lavoro fatto, delle tempistiche e del valore umano di tutti questi ragazzi..... Salvatore in primis. Grazie mille davvero di cuore non potrei mai dimenticare..... Ottimo lavoro, 110 e lode con bacio accademico!!! Vedere per credere.....metto un pò del prima del dopo!!!!!
