★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maleducata e scortesa l'addetta, con frasi e toni assolutamenti altezzosi e fuori luogo per rivolgersi ad un cliente che chiede informazioni.Non è successo una sola volta, dato che siamo andati diverse volte per informarci una volta per il pellet, una per la legna e un'altra per il cemento ,e in tutte le occasiano siamo stati trattati scortesemente; e per finire i prezzi sono belli alti.Ce li ho vicino casa ma preferisco fare km ed essere trattato bene.
rude and rude the attendant, with haughty and absurd phrases and tones to address a customer who asks for information.It did not happen once, since we went several times to inquire once for the pellets, once for the wood and another for concrete, and we were treated rudely at all times; and finally the prices are pretty high. I have them near my house but I prefer to do miles and be treated well.
