Ottima capacità di gestione del Cantiere, dalla precisione nella tempistica delle lavorazioni fino alla Pulizia del sito di Lavorazione, particolare affatto irrilevante. Rispetto dei Costi stabiliti nel Contratto d'Appalto. La consiglio sicuramente. Very serious and precise company with considerable work experience and always looking for new solutions. Excellent ability to manage the construction site, from the precision in the timing of the processing up to the cleaning of the processing site, a detail that is by no means irrelevant. Respect of the costs established in the contract. I definitely recommend it.
G	Glauco Perotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Team di A+ Energy, dopo aver svolto un lavoro di consulenza in fase progettuale sull’involucro edilizio ed in particolare sulla tenuta all’aria, è intervenuto nel cantiere Edil Cres a Serra S.Quirico, per eseguire una prova della tenuta all’aria secondo la UNI 9972 con il metodo del Blower door test (BDT). La prima prova atta a verificare eventuali imperfezioni nella realizzazione della tenuta all’aria ha dato già ottimi risultati permettendo di individuare piccole imperfezioni presenti come ad esempio in corrispondenza delle graffette prontamente sigillate con idoneo nastro. Complessivamente il primo BDT test ha permesso di verificare su campo già un’ottima posa e attraverso il test finale per l’ottenimento della Certificazione ClimAbita garantire il risultato finale di un involucro edilizio altamente performante. Quindi un Cantiere promosso a pieni voti per qualità, precisione ed efficienza energetica, non solo sulla carta ma Certificato da ente terzo che è l’unica vera garanzia su quanto effettivamente realizzato che il costruttore può dare al proprio Cliente. The A + Energy team, after having carried out consultancy work in the design phase on the building envelope and in particular on the air tightness, intervened in the Edil Cres construction site in Serra S.Quirico, to perform an air tightness test according to UNI 9972 with the Blower door test (BDT) method. The first test aimed at verifying any imperfections in the realization of the air tightness has already given excellent results allowing to identify small imperfections present such as in correspondence of the staples readily sealed with suitable tape. Overall, the first BDT test made it possible to verify an excellent installation on the field and, through the final test to obtain the ClimAbita Certification, guarantee the final result of a highly performing building envelope. So a shipyard promoted with flying colors for quality, precision and energy efficiency, not only on paper but certified by a third party which is the only true guarantee of what has actually been done that the manufacturer can give to its customer.

Hanno eseguito una ristrutturazione chiavi in mano nel rispetto dei tempi e dei costi contrattuali. Gli imprevisti, che purtroppo capitano soprattutto nelle ristrutturazioni, sono stati gestiti con serietà e correttezza dal titolare Claudio Moronci. G	Giulio Burattini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo ristrutturare il nostro appartamento da cima a fondo, cercavamo qualcuno che potesse seguire tutte le fasi della ristrutturazione, sia a livello burocratico che tecnico-operativo. Abbiamo trovato nella ditta Edilcres professionalità, serietà e massima disponibilità nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Il nostro appartamento era fermo agli anni 80, per questo richiedeva una ristrutturazione radicale. Tra gli interventi che abbiamo eseguito c'è stata la creazione di un cappotto interno su tutte le pareti perimetrali, il rifacimento di tutti gli impianti, camino, bagni e massetto con posa del pavimento. Le tempistiche sono state perlopiù rispettate, considerando anche il fatto che i lavori hanno coinciso in parte con le ferie estive. Il preventivo che ci è stato fornito era trasparente e dettagliato. A fine lavori non abbiamo avuto sorprese in quanto le spese aggiuntive che si sono rese necessarie durante la ristrutturazione ci sono state preventivamente comunicate. Il team Edilcres è sempre stato disponibile nel risolvere prontamente i piccoli problemi e inconvenienti che si sono verificati. Decisamente apprezzabile l'infinita pazienza di Claudio nel dare consigli e consulenza per le molteplici decisioni che abbiamo dovuto prendere. Lo definiremmo un pacchetto chiavi in mano che si adatta perfettamente alle proprie esigenze. Assolutamente consigliato! Having to renovate our apartment from top to bottom, we were looking for someone who could follow all the stages of the renovation, both on a bureaucratic and technical-operational level. We found in the Edilcres company professionalism, seriousness and maximum availability in meeting our needs. Our apartment was stopped in the 80s, so it required a radical renovation. Among the interventions we carried out there was the creation of an internal coat on all the perimeter walls, the remaking of all the systems, fireplace, bathrooms and screed with laying of the floor. The times were mostly respected, also considering the fact that the works coincided in part with the summer holidays. The quote that was provided to us was transparent and detailed. At the end of the works we had no surprises as the additional expenses that were necessary during the renovation were communicated to us in advance. The Edilcres team has always been available to promptly resolve the small problems and inconveniences that have occurred. Claudio's infinite patience in giving advice and advice for the many decisions we had to make is definitely appreciated. We would call it a turnkey package that perfectly suits your needs. Absolutely recommended!

Ogni fase della ristrutturazione è stata gestita con grande professionalità, precisione, e competenza, inclusa la parte burocratica. Gli imprevisti emersi nel corso dei lavori sono stati affrontati con scrupolosità e disponibilità per non discostarsi troppo dal preventivo iniziale. Claudio si è mostrato sempre molto attento, disponibile e ci ha saputo consigliare al meglio. I suoi collaboratori Marco e Fabrizio hanno lavorato con precisione, e professionalità mostrando grande competenza. At the end of the work we can confirm that we are extremely satisfied with the work completed. Each phase of the restructuring was handled with great professionalism, precision, and competence, including the bureaucratic part. The unforeseen events that emerged during the works were dealt with scrupulously and willingly so as not to deviate too much from the initial estimate. Claudio was always very attentive, helpful and was able to advise us in the best possible way. His collaborators Marco and Fabrizio worked with precision and professionalism showing great competence. P	Paul Goodair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairytale Italian build - now that’s got your attention hasn’t it? Perhaps not an expression you’ve heard before, but it’s the truth when it comes to Edil Cres. We started our build in 2013 and it was finished and we moved in 1 year later. Fully finished with decorating, tiling, bathrooms, kitchen and electrics. We were, and still are delighted with our home.The father and son combo of Lamberto and Claudio managed all the trades on site for us- ensuring continuity of the project fantastically. I would say Lamberto was a typical traditional hardworking Italian always ( yes, always) on site early and always last to leave. Claudio represents the new generation with style and flair and new ideas. An ideal combination. The standard of workmanship, professionalism and commitment to perfection are visible in every detail. We had a proper contract and stage payments through the build - and no problems on site. I think we were pretty good clients as I recall only one small change throughout the project, this must have made it easier to keep a cap on expenses. It wouldn’t be right to end this review without mention of our fantastic, stoic and level headed architect Daniela Catalano- Who let no detail pass and most certainly contributed more time and effort to us and our dream home than we would ever have expected. He managed a project for me working on a house in Italy while I was in the UK, meticulously communicating information at every stage. He’s always punctual and achieves the work in the time that he states. Everything that he set out in the early stages in terms of costing and planning came to pass. He has been accommodating when we have required extra unforseen work and always finds the right solution . He’s precise in every way and the finished work is always excellent.
