Davvero consigliatissimi!!! Always super nice and friendly staff. I always disturb them for the UPS service but they always greeted me with a smile and joy ... Really highly recommended !!!

l	lara trombella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondo alla signora Cat family....credo l 'incompetente sia lei,che ha sbagliato a pesare e misurare il pacco.Non è compito dei gestori dell'edicola farlo.Loro sono solo un tramite tra il cliente ed il corriere.Nemmeno il ritardo è imputabile a loro..prima di scrivere recensioni ridicole e insensate,si informi o faccia le cose nel modo giusto.Con me si sono comportati in un modo egregio.Chapeaux a questi ragazzi! I think the 'incompetent both she, who failed to weigh and measure the pacco.Non is up to the newsstand operators farlo.Loro was just a channel between the client and the corriere.Nemmeno delay is attributable to loro..prima to write ridiculous and nonsensical reviews, you tell or do things in giusto.Con way I behaved in a way egregio.Chapeaux to these guys!
C	Cat Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafoni, arroganti e incompetenti totali pacco inviato con dhl tramite questo service Point, pesato male (mi era stato detto che lo avrebbero pesato loro e comunicato al corriere di non compilare nulla nella richiesta online) mi è arrivato addebito del 40% in più ed è arrivato in 3 giorni anzichè in uno avendo pagato l'express (probabilmente perché non c'erano o non trovavano il pacco quando il corriere è passato, da quanto dichiarato dal call center alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni!)... evitate di avere a che fare con questi fenomeni! Cafoni, arrogant and incompetent total parcel sent with dhl through this service Point, weighed badly (I was told that they would weigh it and told the courier not to fill in anything in the online request) I got a charge of 40% more and it is arrived in 3 days instead of one having paid for the express (probably because they weren't there or could not find the package when the courier passed by, from what was declared by the call center to my request for explanations!) ... avoid having to what to do with these phenomena!

I ragazzi di Edicola World sono due persone estremamente gentili e competenti, svolgono il loro lavoro per conto d DHL in maniera molto professionale, inoltre una recensione "nascosta" dove non viene fatto cenno al numero di spedizione, alla data o ad altri riferimenti utili per capire cosa possa essere successo non penso possa essere veritiera. Hello I reply to the review quantum of CAT FAMILY, which I completely disagree with. The Edicola World guys are two extremely kind and competent people, they carry out their work on behalf of DHL in a very professional way, plus a "hidden" review where no mention is made of the shipment number, date or other useful references for understand what may have happened I don't think it can be true.

Per me è stata una scoperta relativamente recente, ultimamente utilizzo spesso il servizio di ritiro/spedizione con corriere e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene. Inoltre l’edicola è ben fornita di tanti articoli di cancelleria, mascherine, riviste ecc… Davvero un servizio degno di nota, a mio avviso una delle migliori attività commerciali in paese. Senza contare che i proprietari sono persone squisite! Nel giro di poco tempo sono diventata una cliente affezionata…bravi ragazzi!!! Very kind, always smiling and available. For me it was a relatively recent discovery, lately I often use the valet service / delivery by courier and I always found very well. Besides the shrine is well stocked with lots of stationery, templates, magazines etc ... Really a service worthy of note, in my opinion one of the best business in town. Not to mention that the owners are lovely people! In a short time I became a loyal customer ... well done guys !!!
