Il signore in maniera scorbutica ha iniziato a sbuffare e a sistemare riviste inutilmente facendo finta che non ci fossi. Inoltre, dopo avergli spiegato con chiarezza quale pagina dovesse stamparmi, mi ha stampato tutto il file facendomelo ovviamente pagare. Non si stratta dell’euro in più ma se si decide di offrire un servizio, lo si fa e con gentilezza, altrimenti non lo si offre.
