Una volta entrata dentro, il titolare e sua moglie si sono messi ad urlarmi contro e a prendermi in giro siccome avevo osato definire la loro edicola "gabbiotto"; l'uomo era al telefono e ha addirittura riferito a chi era all'altro capo della cornetta che doveva "darmi una lezione". In tutto questo la moglie rideva, mentre entrambi mi prendevano in giro davanti ad altri clienti. Non mi è mai capitata una cosa del genere, la simpatia non va confusa con la maleducazione. Non ci tornerò mai più e sconsiglio a chiunque di andarci. I went one day to send a package and, while talking to the owner on the phone to try to figure out where the newsstand was, to be sure I asked if it was the one in the shape of a booth in the Piazza. Once inside, the owner and his wife started yelling at me and making fun of me as I had dared to define their newsstand as a "booth"; the man was on the phone and even told whoever was on the other end that he had to "teach me a lesson". Through it all, his wife laughed, while both of them made fun of me in front of other customers. Such a thing has never happened to me, sympathy should not be confused with rudeness. I will never go back and I advise against anyone going there.
