Si é messa a fare una discussione inutile perché le abbiamo chiesto un biglietto per bologna e lei voleva sapere dopo bologna dove andavamo. Cortesia e modi di fare zero. Nemmeno una gomma da masticare ci compreró più. Grumpy and incompetent job order. Meglio andare da un'altra parte. Per l'altra commessa invece nulla da dire, professionale e cortese. Incorrect and non-educated clientele, often hasty and does not greet. Emettono anche biglietti ferroviari. Grazie mille!! A well-stocked newsstand and the owners are very kind: they look for unobtainable magazines and when I'm out of town, they keep the magazines or books for me until I return. Come altri recensori hanno già ampiamente evidenziato, talvolta il personale si comporta in maniera assai poco cortese (una volta sono stato redarguito da una delle commesse perché a suo dire "non avevo salutato") Well-stocked newsstand, you can also buy train tickets. Non ho mai visto una commessa così MALEDUCATA senza un briciolo di educazione, si comporta in modo arrogante e sfacciato senza che tu le abbia fatto niente. Io sono rimasta allibita davanti a tutta questa maleducazione. Commessa incivile con zero modi di fare. Non comprerò mai più da lì e invito anche altri a non andarci. NEVER AGAIN.
