★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, la signora dietro la cassa mi ha trattato in modo sbrigativo e scontroso. Una volta avuto il documento, nel far presente che c'era un errore (non dovuto alla signora per carità) mi liquida dicendo: "perde tempo a parlare con me, visto che Lei ha da fare e io ho da fare se ne può andare" (l'edicola era vuota).
Very bad experience, the lady behind the counter treated me in a brusque and grumpy way. Once he had the document, in pointing out that there was an error (not due to the lady for heaven's sake) he dismisses me by saying: "waste time talking to me, since you have to do and I have to do if you can go "(the newsstand was empty).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mattina sono stata da Edicola è, perché dovevo spedire 3 pacchi (3 giocattoli che dovevano andare in Basilicata!) e Daniele è stato veramente gentile è disponibile.
In pochissimo tempo mi ha organizzato un unico pacco e preso accordi con il corriere.
Mi ha poi ricordato i molteplici servizi che fanno! Che dire … informatevi bene … e teneteli presenti, si riveleranno utilissimi!
Ottimo punto di riferimento!
Yesterday morning I went to Edicola è, because I had to send 3 packages (3 toys that had to go to Basilicata!) And Daniele was really kind and helpful.
In a very short time he organized a single package for me and made arrangements with the courier.
He then reminded me of the many services they do! What can I say ... get informed ... and keep them in mind, they will prove to be very useful!

Daniele e signora sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Si fanno davvero in quattro per aiutare il cliente!!

Quello straordinario è il prezzo offerto agli studenti per stampare le fotocopie di libri o dispense! E in più rilegano tutto con cura! Ormai è il mio posto di fiducia

È la seconda volta che quando stampo le cose è c’è la ragazza mi dice di andare a prendere le copie nella stampante. Neanche le spilla, le ho dovute spillare io con la spillatrice dell’edicola! Io pago un servizio e tu devi effettuare un servizio completo. Se devo prenderle e spillarle io ti pago meno. Il ragazzo gentilissimo la commessa non ha voglia di lavorare detto chiaramente
