★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a ritirare la SIM Ho Mobile, e l'edicolante mi dice che il sistema non funziona e di ripassare tra 1 ora. Ritorno 1 ora dopo e di nuovo mi dice che non funziona. A quel punto gli chiedo se cambio edicola migliora la situazione, dicendomi che non funzionerebbe comunque perché è il sistema di ho mobile ad essere offline in generale.
Per sicurezza allora provo un'altra edicola lì vicino e in 2 minuti mi dà la SIM. E son passati 10 minuti.
Dare la colpa ad Ho Mobile invece di ammettere di avere una connessione internet scadente e fare perdere un sacco di tempo ad una persona 2 ore) lo trovo molto poco professionale. Sconsigliato se dovete fare cose su cui serve una connessione internet da parte dell'edicolante
I went to pick up the SIM Ho Mobile, and the newsagent tells me that the system is not working and to come back in 1 hour. I return 1 hour later and again he says it doesn't work. At that point I ask him if changing newsstands improves the situation, telling me that it would not work anyway because it is the ho mobile system that is offline in general.
For safety then I try another newsstand nearby and in 2 minutes gives me the SIM. And 10 minutes have passed.
To blame Ho Mobile instead of admitting to having a poor internet connection and making a person waste a lot of time 2 hours) I find it very unprofessional. Not recommended if you need to do things that need an internet connection from the newsagent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non brillano certo per simpatia e disponibilità verso i clienti. Gli va solo bene perché l'edicola è di fianco alla fermata del bus e su strada trafficata. Io comunque ho smesso di andarci anche se è vicino a casa!
They certainly do not shine for sympathy and availability towards customers. It suits him only because the newsstand is next to the bus stop and on a busy street. I still stopped going there even though it is close to home!
