E' stata voluta da Padre Luigi Monti, fondatore della congregazione dei padri concezionisti. I devoti abitanti della zona provvedono alla cura e alla manutenzione.
 Aedicule in the shape of a votive temple (m.2,6x5) takes up the architectural form of a church with the four columns supporting the tympanum. It was wanted by Father Luigi Monti, founder of the congregation of the conceptional fathers. The devout inhabitants of the area take care and maintenance.
