Il giorno della consegna (11.06.2020) chiamo per avere conferma dell'arrivo del quotidiano e il titolare mi dice che quello ordinato è un mensile e non un quotidiano (falso perché il Financial Times esce giornalmente). Sorpreso della notizia, il titolare, mi invita a chiamare qualche minuto dopo ma dopo un'ora di telefonate non risponde più.
Scarsa professionalità.
I booked (with the relative confirmation of the owner) a foreign newspaper two days before the expected delivery date. On the day of delivery (11.06.2020) I call to confirm the arrival of the newspaper and the owner tells me that the one ordered is a monthly and not a newspaper (false because the Financial Times comes out daily). Surprised by the news, the owner invites me to call a few minutes later but after an hour of phone calls, he no longer answers.
Poor professionalism.
