Professionalità 0 anzi sotto lo zero, avevo prenotato un mazzo di fiori per una laurea da ritirare tassativamente il lunedì mattina alle 10, prenotazione avvenuta il sabato. Il lunedì mattina mi presento alle 9:50 e leggo fuori un bigliettino con sopra scritto "chiuso apertura ore 10:30". Ho chiamato la fioraia sul cellulare e lei non mi rispondeva. Dopo numerosi tentativi mi ha risposto dicendomi che sarebbe arrivata, e verso le 10:40 è arrivata. Adesso viene il bello: il mazzo di fiori non l'aveva preparato ? . Nel frattempo mia sorella stava discutendo ?. Mi prepara il mazzo di fiori con rose appassite e foglie per la composizione sporche piene di polvere, senza lucido, in più un girasole spento, anch'esso appassito.
