S	Samanta Bubola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premettendo che non sono una persona polemica e di solito mi va' bene tutto,in questo caso posso dire di aver riposto la mia fiducia in una ditta non meritevole;comprato una villetta a schiera nel 2006 e da subito muffa in camera da letto, abbiamo provato di tutto ma niente da fare, dormiamo con le vaschette per l'umidità dietro i comodini....per non parlare del piatto doccia che si è crepato quasi subito e siamo andati avanti non so quanto tempo prima che venisse qualcuno(e nel frattempo l'acqua e penetrata dall'altra parte del muro del sottoscala e potete ben immaginare cosa sia successo,tolto Malta dal muro......) poi abbiamo cambiato tutto a nostre spese....vaschetta del wc peggio del primo prezzo dei Brico, pavimenti crepati,persiane ultrascadenti....per non parlare dei lavori fatti in più che non erano da capitolato e pagati non poco,fatti poi anche nelle altre 4 villette a fianco,solo che li le hanno comprese nel capitolato (non abbiamo ancora capito il perché)....certe volte essere troppo buoni non va poi così bene....spero che questa recensione vi possa essere di aiuto nel vostro acquisto. Per non parlare dei serramenti, che quando fischia un leggero vento fuori è come essere in barca con un trimarano e mare forza 4!vogliamo parlare delle pavimentazioni?ottime! Bagno scheggiato ogni angolo perché mi cade lo spazzolino..e acqua che cade dai soffitti... perché il tetto è a regola d arte..rovinato i mobili.e dovuto ovviamente tinteggiare a mie spese..andate a piantare patate.
