Joven dependiente muy amable We went to wash our clothes thinking it was a self-service, however they helped us a lot and in 45 minutes the washing and drying was ready. Young employee very kind

Al momento del ritiro l'ho trovata tutta rovinata, il tessuto accartocciato come se fosse stata sottoposta ad una temperatura troppo elevata e lavata, a dir loro, con un programma standard per piumini. Evidentemente le modalità sull'etichetta non sono state assolutamente lette. La persona addetta si è giustificata dicendomi che probabilmente la giacca è vecchia e quindi si è rovinata. Non si è assunto la minima responsabilità sull'accaduto. Ha avuto pure la sfacciataggine di imbustarlo e riconsegnarmelo in quelle condizioni senza battere ciglio. Locale privo di esperienza e professionalità, assolutamente da cancellare!!!!!!!!!!! I brought a Geox jacket to wash, already washed perfectly several times fortunately not from them. T	Teresa F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ancora capire come mai a Roma le lavanderie a gettoni non siano come nel resto d'Italia e all'estero dove tu entri, carichi da solo il lavaggio e asciugatura e aspetti che sia pronto, di solito in un'oretta. A Roma invece devi lasciare il tuo sacchetto con la biancheria sporca e tornare a riprenderla quando te lo dice il proprietario, il che può essere addirittura il giorno dopo. Unico vantaggio è che fanno tutto loro,compreso ripiegare la biancheria. Detto questo, Ecowash è un posto piccolo,ma funzionale con personale molto gentile. Inoltre era tutto pronto,ben lavato e ripiegato nell'orario stabilito. La consiglio! I still have to understand why in Rome the laundromats are not like in the rest of Italy and abroad where you enter, load the washing and drying yourself and wait for it to be ready, usually in an hour. In Rome, on the other hand, you have to leave your bag with dirty laundry and return to pick it up when the owner tells you, which can even be the next day. The only advantage is that they do everything themselves, including folding the laundry. That said, Ecowash is a small, but functional place with very nice staff. In addition, everything was ready, well washed and folded at the appointed time. I recommend it!

Mi sono recato in questa lavanderia per portare un giubbotto che purtroppo, era stato macchiato quasi irrediabilmente. Il ragazzo è stato onesto, ha subito precisato che avrebbe fatto il possibile ma che la macchia non era scontato sarebbe venuta via. Tre giorni dopo, il giubbotto era pronto, lavato, come fosse nuovo. Puntualità, prezzo onesto e professionalità. I give five stars because I can't give six. I went to this laundry to bring a jacket which unfortunately had been almost irredibly stained. The boy was honest, he immediately stated that he would do what he could but that the stain was not obvious it would come away. Three days later, the jacket was ready, washed, like new. Punctuality, honest price and professionalism.
