★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto soddisfatta dell'impianto installato 2 anni fa con questa azienda, il risparmio in bolletta è notevole. Inoltre ogni qualvolta ho avuto bisogno di ulteriori informazioni , di un aiuto a verificare mail provenienti dal Gse o altro, ho sempre avuto il massimo supporto .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato un impianto fotovoltaico da 5KW con batteria da 10kw lo scorso anno e la mia bolletta elettrical e' scesa notevolmente quindi sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto in modo particolare del Consulente Giuseppe D'Aprano che mi ha consigliato bene e ad oggi ancora mi segue periodicamente per verificare i consumi e lo stato dell'impianto. Aggiungo inoltre che l'istallazione e' stata fatta a regola d'arte e mi ha pienamente soddisfatto. Il costo della batteria incide sicuramente di un 50% in piu' ma la consiglio a tutti.

Dopo aver messo un solare termico che mi ha pienamente soddisfatto ho deciso di installare anche un impianto fotovoltaico della sun power che si sa sono il top degli impianti, infatti funziona alla perfezione, dovuto sia ai componenti , sia alla bravura degli installatori. I problemi iniziano quando decido di installare i condizionatori. da me si presenta il titolare che con i suoi modi faciloni e approfittando del fatto che ero già stato cliente due volte, concludiamo subito il contratto. Dopo qualche giorno mi accorgo di aver pagato molto di più i condizionatori daikin che avrebbero dovuto installare, telefono per annullare il contratto e mi viene ridotto di qualche centinaio di euro il prezzo. Faccio montare i condizionatori , soprattutto per la stima e la professionalità del venditore Giuseppe che accompagnava quel giorno del contratto il titolare, vittima del suo modo di fare, il mio sospetto ,anzi sono sicuro di aver pagato prezzo +iva+iva. .Ma comunque si sa, il prezzo è quello che accetti di pagare. la mia colpa è stata quella di fidarmi, certo del fatto che dopo aver comprato solare termico e impianto fotovoltaico avrebbero avuto un occhio di riguardo. ma non tutti la pensano allo stesso modo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho realizzato un impianto fotovoltaico Sunpower con Ecotecno Group circa un anno fa. Il consulente é stato estremamente preciso e professionale nell'espormi il progetto.
La previsione fatta ,in merito alla produzione, ha superato abbondantemente le mie aspettative e il tutto mi ha reso estremamente contenta. Persone precise , professionali e dico "oneste ", cosa difficile da trovare oggi.
Non posso fare altro che consigliare, senza alcun dubbio, Ecotecno Group per il tuo impianto fotovoltaico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Febbraio ho installato un impianto fotovoltaico SUNPOWER e Solaredge con Ecotecno Group, quello che mi era stato proposto è stato rispecchiato in toto. Persone professionali, competenti e sempre a disposizione, infatti ho avuto un problema con l'App per il monitoraggio e subito mi è stato risolto.
Consiglio vivamente questa azienda in quanto propongono anche i migliori prodotti sul mercato mondiale e già dalla prima fattura Enel, ho avuto un grosso risparmio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno installato un impianto fotovoltaico da 4 kw per la mia abitazione qualche anno fa e devo dire che è andato tutto bene, l' impianto ha sempre dato i risultati preventivati. Cosi vista l' esperienza positiva, qualche mese fa ho deciso di affidarmi di nuovo a loro per l' installazione di un altro impianto fotovoltaico, questa volta per la mia azienda, da 20 kw + accumulo.
Insieme a Michele che ha coordinato entrambe le volte i lavori abbiamo scelto dei pannelli Sun Power ad alta efficienza per ottimizzare al massimo le prestazioni dell' impianto.
Pienamente soddisfatto del risultato.
Dopo pochi giorni dal contratto hanno consegnato i materiali ed hanno portato a termine il lavoro velocemente e senza intoppi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei raccontarvi la mia esperienza personale su questa azienda,partiamo dal presupposto che io l'impianto fotovoltaico a fine del 2019 lo stavo acquistando,quindi mi sono documentato molto ma molto bene,mi sono fatto fare i preventivi da 5 aziende e incontrato i loro rispettivi agenti,in particolare mi ha colpito il livello di preparazione di Maurizio, l'agente di ecotecnogroup che ha saputo togliermi tutti i dubbi e rassicurarmi su tutto,il preventivo che mi fece quest'ultimo era nettamente inferiore agli altri con materiali migliori. Poi il covid,chiamo Maurizio e gli chiedo gentilmente di sospendere la mia pratica perché non sapevo come sarebbe andata a finire col mio lavoro. Qualche mese dopo mi contatta Maurizio e mi illustra la possibilità di usufruire dell'ecobonus 110% , chiaramente ho accettato subito,e posso dirvi che oltre ad una serie di documenti che gli ho dovuto fornire della casa,il resto lo hanno fatto tutto loro,sono stato uno dei primi a montare con questo bonus ed è filato tutto liscio come l'olio. Hanno montato fotovoltaico sunpower 6 kW,accumulo 15 kW,caldaia ibrida Daikin e caricatore per auto elettrica,tutto nel giro di 2 giorni. ringrazio infinitamente a tutto il team ecotecnogroup e soprattutto Maurizio,persona sempre presente e disponibile.

A marzo del 2021 chiesi un preventivo per ampliare l'impianto e dopo svariate telefonate ed email sono ancora in attesa di riceverlo. Mi hanno profondamente deluso per questo atteggiamento da parte loro. L'ultima chiamata l'ho fatta questa mattina e l'incaricata non era disponibile e mi hanno lasciato dicendo che sarei stato contattato appena possibile. Sono ancora in attesa come le altre volte. The company 5 years ago installed the photovoltaic system for me and I was happy with the time and work. In March 2021 I asked for a quote to expand the system and after several phone calls and emails I am still waiting to receive it. They deeply disappointed me with this attitude on their part. The last call I made this morning and the person in charge was not available and they left me saying I would be contacted as soon as possible. I'm still waiting like other times. Very disappointed.
