Innanzitutto non fanno ritiro del verde/potature (servizio che di solito viene offerto dalle altre aziende); i rotoli dei sacchetti per plastica e secco non riciclabile in aggiunta a quelli forniti una volta all'anno hanno un costo spropositato e il tutto sarebbe risolvibile fornendo i bidoni come per la carta e il vetro (cosa che in altri comuni succede da tanti anni) e come se non bastasse un mese ho ricevuto una doppia bolletta solo per aver aggiornato l'utenza. Parlando con tante persone che risiedono nei comuni gestiti da questa azienda concordano tutti su questi problemi e ci chiediamo perché pagare così tanto un servizio che sembra lasciato quasi a metà. Mi auguro che si ponga rimedio perché non va bene pagare per un servizio così povero.
Bad service and high costs. First of all, they do not collect greenery / pruning (a service that is usually offered by other companies); the rolls of plastic and dry non-recyclable bags in addition to those supplied once a year have a disproportionate cost and everything would be solved by supplying the bins as for paper and glass (which has been happening in other municipalities for many years) and as if one month were not enough I received a double bill just for updating the user. Speaking with so many people who reside in the municipalities managed by this company, they all agree on these problems and we wonder why to pay so much for a service that seems to have been left almost unfinished. I hope that it will be remedied because it is not okay to pay for such a poor service.
