Visite guidate, spettacoli teatrali e musicali ma anche passeggiate in solitaria anche in bici o a cavallo fino a nutrirsi dei frutti, ortaggi e verdure che crescono nell'orto del Parco Messapico, curato, seguito e accudito con l'utilizzo delle più tradizionali pratiche agricole tramandate dalle "vecchie" generazioni che gli stessi archeologi e custodi di questa oasi lungo l'ultimo tratto della Via Appia Antica, Regina Viarum, da Roma a Brindisi, hanno adottato in segno di rispetto e ammirazione per le risorse che la terra sa renderci quando i princìpi di sostenibilità e lentezza sono valorizzati e implementati con la narrazione e la cultura. Da alimentare e affiancare la volontà di realizzare il "progetto" EVA (Eco-museo della Via Appia).
