★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervento fissato alle 14.00. Alle 15.30 non vedendo arrivare nessuno chiamo in ditta e mi rispondono che hanno avuto un problema e vengono alle 16.30. Attendo fino alle 17.40 quando mi richiama la ditta e mi informa che non riescono ad arrivare in giornata e fissano un nuovo appuntamento alle 10.00 del giorno dopo. Il giorno dopo si presentano con una altra ora di ritardo. Per me significa due giorni buttati per attendere un intervento di 5 minuti, senza contare i prezzi decisamente sproporzionati e molto più alti della media. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO !!!
Speech fixed at 2.00pm. At 3.30pm, when I saw no one coming, I called the company and they told me that they had a problem and came at 4.30pm. I wait until 5.40 pm when the firm calls me back and informs me that they cannot arrive in the day and fix a new appointment at 10.00 the next day. The next day they show up another hour late. For me it means two days spent waiting for a 5-minute intervention, not to mention the decidedly disproportionate prices and much higher than average. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
