Dopo aver provato svariate ditte devo dire che il tecnico sig. Agostini ha dimostrato grande professionalita' nel risolvere il guasto che avevo. Un ringraziamento anche alla disponibilita' e alla serieta' delle impiegate ottimo staff!!!! I decided to rely on the ecogas company on the advice of my plumber for a problem I had had on a thermal power plant for years. After trying several companies I must say that the technician Mr. Agostini showed great professionalism in solving the breakdown I had. Thanks also to the availability and seriousness of the employees excellent staff !!!!
M	Mirko Carminati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a luglio 2018 chiamo la ecogas per un problema alla mia caldaia vailant che non si accendeva piu riparano il guasto a novembre accendo per la prima volta i caloriferi e non funzionano, li richiamo e spiego l acqua calda va ma il riscaldamento no, la risposta è stata beh a luglio non guardiamo al riscaldamento. Boh sarò strano io, che pretendo che la caldaia è guasta deve essere completamente sistemata e non solo una parte, però va be a questo punto chiedo l uscita per un preventivo visto che la volta prima il costo è stato metà del valore della caldaia, si ma l uscita a un costo no a me non sta bene pagare il prezzo per l uscita perché l ho già pagato la volta prima penso che ogni volta questi escono successivamente nel breve arrivano i guasti oppure la vailant fa cagare come caldaia in July 2018 I call the ecogas for a problem with my vailant boiler that did not turn on anymore repair the fault in November I turn on the heaters for the first time and they do not work, I call them and explain the hot water goes but the heating does not, the answer is been well in july we don't look at heating. Dunno I'll be strange, that I pretend that the boiler is broken must be completely fixed and not just a part, but at this point I ask for a quote since the time before the cost was half the value of the boiler, yes but the exit at a cost no to me it is not good to pay the price for the exit because I have already paid it the time before I think that every time these come out later in the short term the breakdowns arrive or the vailant shits like a boiler
S	Simona Pellecchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo una estensione di garanzia 7 giorni su 7 e oggi, che è la vigilia di Natale, non rispondono al telefono, non c'è nessuno reperibile, l'unico tecnico che siamo riusciti a contattare ci ha detto che lui finiva il turno e tanti saluti, di richiamare il 26. Non consigliato assolutamente. La caldaia, nuova, è stata collaudata da loro ad agosto. Inaccettabile. We have a 7 days a week warranty extension and today, which is Christmas Eve, they don't answer the phone, there is no one available, the only technician we were able to contact told us that he finished his shift and many greetings, to call back on the 26th. Absolutely not recommended. The new boiler was tested by them in August. Unacceptable.
